Teaching & Choreography
Teaching
With over 10 years of experience training competitive and recreational dancers of all ages, I Specialize in tap, jazz, contemporary, and ballet. I am passionate about developing technically strong, performance-driven dancers through structured curriculum and intentional training.

Music Theory for dancers - As part of my tap curriculum I include music theory classes for dancers of all ages and levels. I believe all dancers should have a foundational understanding of basic music theory. Tap dancers are musicians! I incorporate rhythm, timing/phrasing in me lessons and want dancers to understand that tap dancing is a musical conversation and not just steps!

Strength and Flexibility - I incorporate strength and conditioning into my technique classes. I feel strongly that dancers need a strong foundation to be the best dancer possible. Building joint stability, developing core strength, understanding muscle usage and overall alignment is key to creating successful, injury free dancers.
Choreography
Throughout my career, I have choreographed 20+ competitive routines annually, produced regionally and nationally placing dancers, and helped build award-winning tap programs recognized by The Dance Awards. I am committed to cultivating discipline with artistry and exploring that duo through choreography.
